The fourth trimester can feel often isolating. Between sleep deprivation, hormonal shifts, and the pressure to “get back to normal”, many new moms quietly wonder if they’re the only one struggling. You’re not. That’s exactly why our twice monthly Postpartum Peer Support Group exists, to give you the village so many of us are craving.

Learn from Moms Who’ve Been There
Swap stories, practical tips, and hard-won wisdom about motherhood, parenting challenges, feeding struggles, emotional ups and downs, and everything in between. We are inviting all postpartum mothers, no matter how postpartum you are (2 months, 2 year, or MORE!).

My hope for this space is that you’ll laugh, you might shed some must needed tears, and you’ll leave feeling seen and acknowledged.

More than just a twice monthly meet-up, this group helps you build your own circle of supportive moms who will cheer you on through the joyful milestones, the sleepless nights, the toddler tantrums, and all the beautiful chaos of early motherhood.

Research shows the powerful benefits of gathering with peers: peer support groups have been found to reduce symptoms of postpartum mood disorders, decrease feelings of isolation, and boost self-esteem and parenting confidence. One study even showed a significant drop in depression scores after participating in peer support.

Important note: This group is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care. It’s a complementary space that provides the authentic mom-to-mom connection and village feeling many of us need alongside any professional support you may be receiving.

Join us the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at The Bella Prana Wellness Collective in Tampa, Florida from 1:30pm-2:30pm.
