The fourth trimester is a lot. Your body has been through something huge, your emotions are all over the place, and somehow you’re expected to just… figure it out while keeping a tiny human alive. No one really prepares us for that part and that’s exactly why I’ve put together a few free 4th trimester resources to support you in feeling more confident during postpartum recovery.

These resources (gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness practices) are here to remind you that what you’re feeling is normal, that healing takes time, and that you don’t need to “bounce back” to be doing a good job. We talk about real postpartum recovery mind and body, nervous system support, gentle rehab, and how to care for you while you’re caring for everyone else.

Whether you’re newly postpartum, still pregnant and wanting to feel more prepared, or looking back thinking “I wish I’d known this sooner,” these resources are a really gentle place to start.
