What is belly mapping? Belly mapping is a simple, hands-on practice that helps you identify your baby’s position in the womb by tuning into kicks, wiggles, and contours of movement. It’s a gentle, empowering way to connect with your baby and your body in late pregnancy, especially as you prepare for birth. This method invites you (and your partner) to pay attention to patterns of movement and translate them into a visual “map” of your baby’s position without medical tools. It enhances awareness, supports bonding, and can even inform comfort techniques and positioning as your due date nears.

Jessica will walk you through this intuitive process after class, answering your questions and helping you feel more connected and informed as your journey unfolds. Whether you’re nearing the third trimester or just curious about fetal position and comfort in pregnancy, this session adds a meaningful layer to your prenatal care.
